OUR TERMS - Known as the SMALL PRINT

By agreeing to PULSE PARTIES undertaking your booking, you, referred to from this point forward as the
client, agree you have read the following and the below will make up the terms and conditions of your
booking with us.

1) When a booking is made, a confirmation email is sent to yourself detailing all information you have agreed
with PULSE PARTIES. If there is an error within this information, you must contact PULSE PARTIES within
24hrs.

2) Bookings are not finalised until you receive a confirmation e-mail.

3) Any alteration to time, venue or type of party (involving more lights or a bigger sound system) will result in
a recalculation of your quote.

4) PULSE PARTIES has a number of DJ’s who we work with and are of the same high standard and very
professional. When booking PULSE, if you have a DJ in mind, please state this when booking and we will try
our best to accommodate this, however, this cannot be guaranteed ,... don’t worry, all of our DJ’s are
fantastic, have years of experience and can make any party a night to remember!

5) No deposit is needed, your confirmation acts as our contract.

6) The DJ fee should be paid at the start of the night in cash unless otherwise arranged

7) If you require the DJ to work past the allocated contracted time, please inform him/her as soon as possible
and if this can be accommodated, it will be charged at £30per hour for full or part of that hour.

8) Any cancelations less than 7 days will result in the full balance being due to the company.

9) To ensure health and safety requirements, the client has the responsibility to ensure the venue has
adequate access to power, that it is under cover and at least 4 meters of space is available to setup our sound
and lights rig.

10) Any delayed set up time or subsequent delayed start time due to the overrun of any prior proceedings or
of situations being outside of our control will not warrant any extension of the stated finish time or any fee
reduction. However, at the sole discretion of the DJ and with the permission of the venue management, an
extension of these performing times may be made. The DJ will charge an additional fee. This fee must be
paid in cash to the DJ before any extra time commences.

11) The booker is responsible for the conduct of all persons attending the event whether those persons are
invited or not. Our DJ’s have the right to perform in a safe environment. We reserve the right to terminate our
services should any physical verbal abuse or intimidating actions be made to the DJ.

12) We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to private or public property caused by invited or
uninvited guests.

13) The DJ and there assistants will conduct themselves in a proper manner throughout there attendance at
the venue, and will respond the Management's requests as to volume, sitting of equipment and, or any other
reasonable requests.
